Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue.
Refunds
At Moon Bloom, we ensure fresh, high-quality flowers. Due to their perishable nature, we do not offer refunds. Also, we do not accept cancellations for same-day and next-day orders.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed if flowers arrive damaged or incorrect (report within 2 hours with a photo).
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
